Sale orders are subject to delay due to the volume of orders received within these promotional periods which will impact the time we can dispatch orders and get them to you. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allow up to an additional 5-10 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.

Returns

Sale items purchased online cannot be returned. We are unable to amend or cancel orders that have already been placed. We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any archive sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
