SCANLAN THEODORE DELIVERS INTERNATIONALLY WITH DHL EXPRESS FOR A FLAT RATE OF AU $35

International orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days depending on your location.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left or DHL will contact you via email. Your parcel will be redelivered the following day with an option to reschedule the delivery.

If you have purchased an item on sale returns will be issued in the form of a credit note that is valid for 12 months from date of issue. These credit notes cannot be used in boutiques and will only be valid for online orders.

— Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.
— Returns must include all original packaging including shoe boxes and dust bags.
— All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks until you have decided to keep them.
— Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable accept your return.
— Item(s) must be returned through registered post with tracking to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

Scanlan Theodore reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with any or all of these policies.

RETURNS PROCESS
In the event you wish to return your item(s), please follow the below process:

2. Fill out your returns form provided within your order.
3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, together with your return request form.
4. Ship the return via registered post within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for these costs. For your safety, we recommend getting a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our location.
