CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD
To accommodate holiday gifting, an extended return period will apply to seasonal purchases. All orders placed between December 2, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for return or exchange until January 5, 2026.
Items must meet all standard return requirements, and returns will be processed in accordance with our existing policies. This extension is offered to ensure a refined and effortless experience for both the giver and the recipient during the festive season.

EXCLUDING HAWAII AND OUTER ISLANDS
Due to courier pickup time, orders placed after 12:30pm ET may be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a national holiday, the package will be shipped out the following business day.
Please note any express orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm ET may only be couriered the following business day.
Our deliveries do not require a signature. If you wish to have a signature on your package at the time of delivery, please contact the concierge. Shipping charges are not refundable, please note a $25 return shipping and restocking fee applies to all returns.

For orders shipping to the UK and EU, Scanlan Theodore will prepay import duties. Please note that if your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, you may be responsible for other duties and taxes. Due to this, some orders may experience customs delays, please contact your local customs office for additional information.
