Pleated Rib Care Guide

Known for its simplicity and relaxed elegance, our pleated rib knit has been developed and produced exclusively for Scanlan Theodore by an established, family-owned mill in Italy with a history dating back to 1884. The yarn is crafted from a Viscose fibre, which has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The fabrication is produced from carefully selected ethical and sustainable yarns that have been processed where possible using eco-certified chemicals to reduce chemical toxicity in the manufacturing process.

Utilised for its fluidity and fine drape, this fabrication provides ultimate comfort and practicality during wear. Soft and lightweight, these pieces require the utmost care to ensure longevity.

How to wash Pleated Rib

For laundering, we recommend a cold hand wash or gentle dry clean only. If hand washed, garments must be laid flat on a towel to dry. Wet knitwear should never be hung to dry, as the weight of the damp fabrication may result in stretching.

How to store Pleated Rib

To ensure longevity, pleated rib pieces should be folded, not hung, and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
