Scanlan Theodore’s optical collection debut exudes contemporary sophistication and timeless artistry, illuminated by signature iconography. Inspired by the quintessence of Scanlan Theodore, the premiere collection resonates with the innate elegance and femininity of the brand.
Craftsmanship revolves around the details of each frame and every pair is created with the utmost respect for material and process. During production, our frames are passed between three separate ateliers—nine artisans work on just one frame as each pair is meticulously handcrafted. Each artisan’s expertise is extremely specialized and is often a family skill that has been passed down through generations.
For our acetate collection, we source directly from Mazzucchelli, the premier house of acetate and each frame is fitted with Scanlan Theodore’s signature diamond geometric feature on the temple. Our metal frames are hypoallergenic crafted using fine stainless steel and fitted with premium nose pads for comfort and lightweight support.
